This unique dance-fitness program
enhances posture, grace and self-confidence.
Bellydancing is a great low-impact,
mid-aerobic calorie burning workout,
and a fun way to tone your tummy & thighs.
Whether you are interested in Arabic, Tribal, Fusion, Goth, Steampunk or Burlesque styles of bellydance (to name a few), it all begins with traditional Middle-Eastern bellydance basics.
Participants will learn a 5 minute veil dance choreography
and will have the opportunity at the end of the course
to perform at a bellydance recital
at the Merced College Theater on June 24th.
